Babies – our under 2’s area

Our dedicated baby area has a separate sleep room if needed. Once your child is registered with Strawberrys they will be allocated a named basket to keep their belongings safe.

Caring for your baby

You will find our baby area equipped with a wide range of safe, stimulating toys and equipment. Your baby’s time will be carefully planned to nurture their individual needs, as well as being cared for with warmth and love. During the settling in period you will be encouraged to spend time in the nursery familiarising yourselves with the baby area and the key people caring for them.

Your child’s key person will discuss your baby’s routine and the way you want them to care for your baby. We understand this is an anxious time for you so we will keep in contact with you throughout the day if you wish.

At the end of the session, your babies key person will discuss your child’s time at nursery and you will receive an end of day report.
